How to choose a high-quality embroidered patch
Patches are of clear texture and pattern, bright color, no piling, no color-fading, indeformable, crease-resistant, environment-friendly dyeing. More than 98% of component is fiber and thickness is higher than 380g/m.
Flat embroidery stitch (0.1 – 0.8cm/stitch) (density ranges between 0.3 – 0.35) plain stitch (0.1 – 0.3cm/stitch) tatami (0.4cm/stitch) (density ranges between 0.3 – 0.38)
We only use bright colored embroidery threads whose colors do not fade away and are made from environment-friendly dyes with degree of thickness ranging between 75D to 125D.
We use MERROWED EMBROIDERY BORDER while can’t have any selvege or rough selvege, the joint part needs to be smooth and fluent.
Our patches are of structured pattern, clear letters and uniform density and smooth stitching.
Front of the embroidery patch needs to be clear and tidy, without any soft sides, powder trace, chirography, oil contamination and pilings.
We don’t tolerate soft sides, holes, deformality, skipping stitch, thread loose, color difference, deviation, bottom exposure and white dots on our patches.
Finished embroidery patches are flat and beautiful, no thread residue is allowed. Also, need to see if the under layer has been cleared completely. Finished patches need to control the difference within 2% with the artwork, along with outstanding three-dimensional effect.
If it’s sequined embroidery, attention is given to color, material and specifications of selected sequins and beads. If there is any color-fading, deformality for sequins and beads, if the knot is solid enough, and the line cannot be too long (can’t exceed 1.5cm/stitch)
